I am so looking forward to Amy’s book as well! Have you heard of the book The Chicken Soup Manifesto? I was reminded of it reading this. I don’t own a copy myself but when I had a look through it in a shop it had all the chicken soup recipes from all over the world you could ever want.
I'm in love with your chicken soup, and in love with soups generally. I could live on them through winter. But the Cottage Pie sound so lovely and comforting (sans corn - corn and I don't get on), so that's next week's challenge and Amy's book will be a must I think...
Sally! Always a delight to know we're together on your walks! And that chicken soup is sometimes mingled in your hair and clothes too. That's the best thing about food stories - they take us on story journeys in our own heads. We're all so far but really so close. Thanks Sally. xo
I’ll make this for my grandchildren on the weekend . It looks perfect for this miserable cold weather. I’d like to try your pan a cotta slice, too, but the recipe is not on the website, although the very tempting photo is ! I hope it can be reinstated.
Oh Kath I LOVE the sound of that book. I’m going to check that one out. Off the Amy’s launch very soon.

Hey thanks Prue, funny isn’t everyone has something. I don’t like olives, I tried and tried. Hope you enjoy the pie x
