I loved the combination of apple and raspberries! Also a reading recomendation...Hamnet by Maggie O'Farrell. So well written, like cheesecake and great coffee! It is the back story of Shakespeare's play Hamlet.
A recipe i need to try! We have apples to use up and I’ve already exhausted my regular favourite apple recipes, thanks Sally.

Interestingly there's a mountain of evidence to suggest he's not the writer of the work attributed to him.
