Interesting he always hated the cold. My nana would tuck lap rugs around his knees and keep him warm. We always joked about it and never knew why until after he died.
Oh yes that makes sense, he would have spent so much time in the cold, damp and muddy environment. I really cannot imagine how traumatic that experience would have been.
